- DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS - They require one (1) night deposit based on the total number of rooms reserved. Full payment shall be settled in full prior to guest arrival.
- PAYMENT - Unless prior credit arrangement has been made, full pre-payment of all estimated charges will be required before check-in of the group.
- CONFIRMATION - Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of your final booking orders with a confirmation number on your copy.
- CANCELLATION - In case of cancellation, a written notice to the hotel must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Failure to comply would be automatically result in forfeiture of the deposit made.
- NO SHOW - No show charges equivalent to the total room charges for the entire length of stay will be billed to the booking guest/party.
