After a month, me and my family checks in for a night to bond and relax.

Planning to Visit Davao?  Stay Near at the Heart of the City - Gran Menseng Hotel.

• PAYMENT -  Unless prior credit arrangement has been made, full pre-payment of all estimated charges will be required before check-in of the group.
• CONFIRMATION - Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of your final booking orders with a confirmation number on your copy.
• CANCELLATION - In case of cancellation, a written notice to the hotel must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival date.  Failure to comply would be automatically result in forfeiture of the deposit made.
• NO SHOW - No show charges equivalent to the total room charges for the entire length of stay will be billed to the booking guest/party.

Looking for a place to stay in Camiguin Island?  How about Pabualan Cottages?

This accommodation is personally managed by the Pabualan family.  The place was situated at Mambajao, Camiguin. I stayed here for a day after my long land-trip from Davao City.  During my stay the comfort and convenience was of good rating.

Here are the rates and other information I have gathered during our personal chat with the manager, Mr Teodoro M. Pabualan, Jr.

Their Room Rates are:

Standard Double for P800/night (good for 2 persons already), extra person will cost you P100/person/night.  This room is fully air-conditioned, has 21" Cable TV (gray color), with high speed (Globe) WiFi Internet Connection and a personal comfort room/bathroom.  I choose this room since I went their alone.

Next, their Family Room is P1,000/night, good for 4 persons and a P100 extra charge for every additional person in the room.  This room is also fully air-conditioned, with a spacious terrace, a 21" Cable TV, with a highspeed Wifi Internet connection (globe) and a comfort/bath room.  I personally recommend this, specially for a family of 4.

They also have a Family Vacation House good for P2,500/night, for 7 persons.  Perfect for medium size family and/ barkadas.  This house has 2 rooms, fully air-conditioned with 21" Cable TV, spacious dining and living room, has also a high speed internet Wifi connection, comfort/bathroom.  One thing that I appreciated on this accommodation is that it already has a complete kitchen utensils with a gas range, rice cooker for convenience, etc and a refrigerator.

They also have an additional Family Vacation House with three (3) rooms for P3,000 per night (12 persons) and P3,500 per night (13-15 persons).  I recommend this for family reunions.  This house has 3 rooms fully air-conditioned with 21" Cable TV, spacious dining are and living room, two (2) comfort/bathrooms, complete kitchen utensils with a gas range, rice cooker, refrigerator, etc.



If you happen to visit the great place and you guys are on a tight budget, visit and check this place.  You can also ask cab and motorcycle drivers to give you the direction to where this is.
